We want to reward our loyal patients for their trust and confidence in us and we love meeting new patients!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
As a thank you for your referral, you will receive a $20 eyewear credit for every new patient that you refer. The patient you refer will also receive a $20 eyewear credit.
WHAT CAN THEY BE REDEEMED FOR?
The $20 eyewear credit can be used towards your NEXT eyewear purchase. They can be used toward your purchase of a complete pair of eyeglasses (frames and lenses). Credit can not be used towards services or copays. Eyewear credits do not have any monetary value.
IS THE CREDIT TRANSFERABLE?
The $20 eyewear credit is NOT transferable between patients.
HOW DO WE TRACK 20/20 REFERRALS?
When a referred patient comes to their first appointment they MUST share with us the referring patient’s name and email address. Your credit will be noted in your chart and can be used for your next eyewear purchase or annual supply of contact lenses.
HOW MANY REFERRAL CREDITS CAN BE EARNED?
There are no limits as to how many patients you can refer.
DO THE CREDITS EXPIRE?
Yes the credit expires 1 year after issue date.
